New 'state of the art' dealership wanted to create excitement around Grand Opening and introduction of Orlando Bike Week Event.  Engaging Concepts created entire "Orlando Harley" Biker Wedding program - including national search for the first couple to wed in a promotional wedding event. Spectacular results included front page coverage of the first wedding event in USA Today, exposure in over 37 television markets, BBC Radio, Westwood One Radio coverage in over 400 U.S. markets, story and photo picked up in national and international press - over $3 million in media value.

The Corporate and Special Event Sales and Marketing Strategy resulted in major A-list events at the dealership like *NSYNC's Challenge for the Children Charity VIP event (with national and international entertainment press and over 50 major celebrities on hand) and hosting the Welcome Party for The Special Event conference in 2003 for over 1,500 members of the International Special Events Society (ISES).

March 2003 brought the world record setting "World's Largest Biker Vow Renewal" event for couples to reaffirm their love for each other and their beloved Harley's to kick off Orlando Bike Week '03 – setting the Guinness Book of Records and resulting in international media coverage that included The Wall Street Journal, CNN and many others.

The Kessler Collection (Grand Theme Hotels) is a collection of (5) unique hotel properties including (3) 4-star, luxury boutique hotels and (2) leisure-oriented hotels in the heart of Orlando's tourist corridor. EC provided complete Wedding Sales, Marketing and Operational strategy to allow an aggressive budget increase of over 60% in revenues.  We created all new Wedding Websites for each hotel in addition to overall Grand Theme Weddings positioning strategy.  EC developed new Ad creative, media placement strategy for '03, PR campaign, new wedding & honeymoon packages, staff training and development and complete wedding photo libraries for each hotel.  We created innovative new Art Gallery Wedding Registry program. Identified key areas of opportunity specific to the individual properties and implemented collaborative changes and improvements to allow the collection to realize increased revenues from the wedding market. Ongoing projects include wedding strategy consulting for new hotels being added to the collection.
